The CSCP AG enables excellence and feel responsible for the employer and employee experience during the entire employment lifecycle. Their services include attracting qualified applicants through employer branding; talent assessment and matching; onboarding new hires; employee development, performance appraisals and rewards during their tenure with auctionata; payroll and benefits administration; helping to cut costs and reduce risk.
I had the honour to work closley with the whole team on a revised logo, their CI, print and the website design.

This document is what I usually start with. I'm working on different font combinations, colors and UI-Elements till those suit the general purpose. Of course, those will be discussed with the client and adjusted afterwards.
